This quote by Barbara J. Winter I have carried with me my entire adult life. And as a children’s book author, my intent is to instill in the young the tools by which to be brave, confident, and kind in a world that needs them.

In BRAVERY with a Touch of Kindness, the children learn the importance of rescuing a senior dog, to be brave when leaving home for the first time and having to make new friends, and in the loving faith that there are angels and a Heaven.
